The holiday park reception opening hours:

1 March - 30 November: 9.00am - 5.00pm (7 days a week)

1 December - 28 February
: 9.00am - 5.00pm (Monday to Friday)

If you arrive late to the holiday park our out of hours security team will be able to check you in. If you are arriving after 10pm please make arrangements with Reception prior to arrival.

You may be asked for a photo ID when checking in so please ensure you have this with you when travelling.

We're happy to keep you updated with our special offers, please complete our enquiry form and let us know your preferences to keep updated with the latest offers.

You can collect your keys for your holiday home from the on-park reception team when you check in.

We'll be sad to see you go, but you can unsubscribe from marketing email communications from us by following the unsubscribe instructions in each email that we send out.

To report lost property at the holiday park, you will need to contact us with the details of the lost item including your booking number, name, date of stay.

If you have problems whilst at a holiday park, our on-park teams would love the opportunity to help put things right with you. Visit our reception team in person and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

We are not a member of ABTA.

If you are currently on holiday with us and need to make a complaint, please speak to a member of our on-park team who will be happy to try and resolve your problem.

If you have a complaint that you do not feel has been adequately dealt with during your stay then you must put this complaint in writing within 14 days of your date of departure. You will be responded to within 21 days of our receiving your correspondence.

We are unable to accept responsibility for any defects not reported to Reception within 24 hours of arrival. Neither can we accept any responsibility for any matter which you were aware but did not bring to our attention during your stay.
