The Sun - Promotional Offers
We understand that if you're booking your holiday at Richmond on a special offer or a promotion through a third party, you may have some questions. We've tried to provide as much useful information below as we can to assist you and provided answers to the most commonly asked questions.

Here at Richmond Holiday Centre, we often offer holidays that are booked via ‘The Sun’ holiday promotion. These are only available for limited dates throughout the season.
Sun holiday vouchers are only redeemable via ‘The Sun’ promotion and you will need to contact the Sun directly via the contact information they provide.
We do not offer upgrades on holidays booked through The Sun promotion.
You can contact us directly and we can assist with most things, however this will depend on the nature of your query.
We aim to notify all guests of their holiday within the time advised by the SUN, usually within 10 days.
Your booking ID number appears on your confirmation.
Occasionally it may be possible to add a 3rd bedroom at a supplement if our availability allows.
The ‘Service Charge’ covers services provided on site by Richmond, such as gas, electric, water and refuse disposal.
Bed linen is not provided when booking through ‘The Sun’ holiday promotion, however you may hire bed linen at a supplement. Please call us on 01754 762097 if you wish to arrange this (please note that beds are not made up - bed linen is only supplied).
Entertainment passes and entry to the indoor pool is available and on most dates this is included in the cost of your holiday free of charge. However, some key days do not include passes and, on these dates, we will add the cost of passes to your booking confirmation. These are optional and if you do not want to attend the entertainment or make use of the swimming pool then please let us know and we will remove these.
We hire travel cots, bed guards and highchairs, however numbers are limited, and it is therefore recommended you reserve these prior to your stay.
We DO NOT allow guests to bring a pet with them when booking through The Sun holiday promotion
All promotional holiday bookings are allocated on arrival, therefore unfortunately we are unable to tell you exactly which accommodation you will be placed in or where on the park you will be allocated.
We offer caravan accommodation which will sleep up to 4-6 people.
No amendments whatsoever can be made to a booking made via ‘The Sun’ holiday promotion.
It is sometimes possible to extend your stay with us, however this depends on availability and will be charged at our brochure price.
Only guests whose names appear on the original booking may occupy the caravan.
Check in time is from 4pm.
Check out time is no later than 10am.
It is not always possible to allocate the same caravan to guests with two back-to-back bookings, however we will always try to accommodate when possible.
Accessible units are limited and are often booked directly very early in advance and therefore we are unable to guarantee that we will have one available for your stay.
The accommodation cost is paid directly via the promotion at the time of booking, any additional charges are to be paid direct to us. Details are given on your booking confirmation.
Any outstanding balances due on your holiday must be paid 3 weeks (21 days) prior to your stay.
Holiday insurance is available via The Sun Holiday Promotion and can only be added at the time of booking. Richmond Holiday Centre Do Not offer holiday insurance.

You can call us and pay using a debit or credit card. We also accept cheque or postal order payments, however if using this method, you must post at least 28 days prior to your stay.
