Advance bookings can be made for a minimum of 2 nights during low season and 3 nights during School Holidays and Bank Holidays. You can stay for one night if you arrive at Richmond Holiday Centre without a reservation however availability cannot be guaranteed. We would recommmend booking in advance, particularly at busy periods, to ensure you can be accommodated.
Touring holidays can check-in from 12 noon on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure, unless special arrangements have been made.
A deposit of 25% of the total price, with the minimum deposit being £15, is required to confirm your booking. The balance of the holiday is to be paid in full 21 days prior to the start of the holiday. Holidays booked within 21 days of the arrival date need to be paid in full at the time of booking.
Please note that payments are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Please check your confirmation on receipt as mistakes cannot always be rectified.

The voltage for our electric pitches is 230V single phase, 50Hz supply.
All tourers are required to park on their allocated pitch as directed for the duration of their stay. Please make sure you park with your jockey wheel on the concrete block as touring vehicles cannot face ‘door to door’.

Included in the price of your pitch is access to all of the fantastic facilities at Richmond including free use of indoor swimming pool, free entry to entertainment centre.
Please note use of pool is during open sessions only, children under 14 years must be accompanied by an adult swimmer (max 3 children per adult). Gymnasium is membership only & is not available for use during your stay. Entry to entertainment centre does not include private functions or ticketed events where a separate charge is levied.
One car may be parked at the side of the unit, subject to ground conditions. Additional vehicles should be parked in the main car park on site.
If your pitch is available it may be possible to book a late departure at a cost of £6 which will allow departure by 5pm. Unfortunately it is not possible to book late departures in advance during School holidays
Yes, dogs are permitted and are charged at £3 per dog per night up to 4 nights & £15 for bookings of more than 4 nights. A maximum of two dogs are permitted.
We can accommodate caravans up to 24 feet (7.3m) in length. We do have a very limited number of larger plots, so please call prior to arrival to check availability.
On most pitches you can either erect an Awning (CHARGEABLE) or Gazebo (NOT CHARGEABLE) but not both. Not all pitches will accommodate these, please check at time of booking.

If you can bring your booking confirmation (either printed or on your phone) this will help, however don’t worry if you are unable to do so, just bring an alternative form of ID such as your driving license, passport or a utility bill.
Yes, of course! You can book another holiday any time when you are on park, just ask at reception and they'll make the booking for you. By booking before you leave, you might even be eligible to save money on your booking.

You may be able to extend your holiday although we cannot guarantee that the same pitch will be available. The maximum stay is two weeks (14 days). Please give our team a call on 01754 762097 & they check availability and do their best to help you.
When you book you need to give the names and ages of everyone in your party. Only those people on your booking can occupy your holiday home or pitch and anyone not named on your booking will be asked to leave the park.
