On an average annual basis, the following fees would need to be covered:

Can I sublet my holiday home to help cover costs?
Of course! This can be a great way to recoup some of the costs of your holiday home.
Many pitches on the park allow for subletting, although we also have areas where we don't permit it. So if this is something you'd be interested in, please just let us know and we can ensure you're in the correct area. We're also happy to help you through the process and can advise you on the requirements involved.

We're ideally located just a short walk away from the seaside town of Skegness and nestled alongside the beautiful Lincolnshire coast, so there's plenty of local and historical attractions to explore and discover.
If you're looking to own at a Park which packs in plenty of action, Richmond has more than enough to keep you entertained and you can experience everything a traditional British seaside town has to offer.
How long is the park open for?
For all of our holiday home owners, we have a 9-month open holiday season from the 1st March to 30th November – perfect to take advantage of the summer months!
Finding the right holiday home
What are the choices of holiday home?
There are almost always a wide range of great value holiday homes available for viewing and purchase at the Park.
With both new and pre-owned holiday homes available, we have something for every budget – with pre-owned units often starting from just £14,995! We also have a range of pitches available, so whether you prefer something quieter or to be closer to the action and our onsite facilities, the choice is yours – subject to availability.
Can I get finance to help pay for my holiday home?
Yes. Many of our customers choose to fund their holiday home purchase through savings or bank loans, but we do also have the option of specialist caravan funding plans, which our team will be happy to explain in further detail.*
How soon can I move in?
Whilst this does depend on the holiday home purchased—sometimes it can be just a matter of days—but we normally aim to have you up and running within 2 weeks as we want you to start enjoying your new holiday home at Richmond as soon as possible!
