Yes, absolutely. We offer a wide choice of new and pre-owned static caravan holiday homes for sale. All sales are conducted on park where you'll get to meet our friendly holiday home sales advisors. Enquire today to find out more or arrange a viewing.
One of the site conditions is that you must obtain valid holiday home insurance. Insurance costs vary depending on the age, size and value of your holiday home, as well as the level of cover you require. A personal quote will be provided.

With pre-owned and new models available in a variety of grades and sizes, there's something to suit every budget – with pre-owned caravans often starting from just £13,995! We also have a range of pitches available, so whether you prefer something quieter or to be closer to the action and our onsite facilities, the choice is yours – subject to availability.

You may be able to choose your pitch and location when you decide to purchase a holiday home with us. This will depend on availability and suitability of pitches. Please speak to your sales advisor for more information and they will be able to advise you on available pitches.
If you want to sell your holiday home then your options will differ depending on your situation. You may be able to sell your holiday home to Richmond Holiday Centre, part exchanging the holiday home or arranging a private sale through the park. Please speak to the team for further information.
Yes, you can upgrade your holiday home. We have new models in stock every year, so there's lots to choose from. Whether you’re looking to upgrade or require something bigger, perhaps an extra bedroom or bathroom, we can help.
You may be eligible for part exchange deals on your existing holiday home too. Contact our ownership team for more information.
This does depend on the holiday home purchased and can take up to 28 days. However we normally aim to have you up and running within 2 weeks as we want you to start enjoying your new holiday home at The Richmond as soon as possible!
You can keep your holiday home at The Richmond for the duration of your licence length agreement and subject to paying your annual site fees.The licence length (also known as tenure) will be specified when you buy your caravan or lodge.
As a general guide, the tenure is usually 12 years on brand new holiday homes. Please speak to your holiday home sales advisor for more details.
The next step is easy! Come and pay us a visit and see what's on offer – someone is always on hand to help. Our main office is open from 9am to 6pm, 7 days a week through March to November, and 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday through December to March.

No, you don't have to find your own finance to purchase a holiday home, although you're welcome to finance your purchase independently if you wish.

We offer holiday home finance through finance partners that specialise in caravan finance, however customers are welcome to arrange their own finance if they prefer. Eligibility for finance is subject to assessments and checks carried out by providers.
Generally speaking, finance agreements also require a deposit of at least 10%.
With our flexible caravan finance options, deposits on our holiday homes can start from just 10%. We offer a range of repayment periods so you can break down the cost of buying a caravan into affordable monthly payments.
Investing in a holiday home is an investment in your lifestyle, giving you the opportunity to spend more weekends and holidays with family and friends in the place that you love. Buying a holiday home isn't considered a financial investment as the value of your caravan will depreciate over time.
At The Richmond we provide a warranty of at least 12 months on all new models (the length of cover varies by manufacturer). For pre-owned models a 3-month warranty is provided. Ask a member of our team for more information.
Purchases of new static caravans at The Richmond come with a comprehensive warranty of at least 12 months as standard.
If you are purchasing a pre-owned caravan you will receive a 3-month warranty. Warranties are standard on all holiday home sales.
The annual running costs you will pay will include your holiday home repayments (if purchased on finance), insurance, site fees, utilities, alarm warranty and local authority charges.
You are also responsible for general maintenance and repair of your caravan. Here at The Richmond, we'll make sure you know all the costs upfront so there are no unwelcome surprises down the road!
Whether or not your holiday home will be insured for any damage will depend on your individual cover. Please check with your insurer for full details and to understand your level of cover.
Yes, Richmond Holiday Centre has a security team and CCTV to ensure safety around the park. Please note, you are responsible for your possessions while staying in your holiday home and, as such, The Richmond cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft.
Of course! This can be a great way to recoup some of the costs of your holiday home. Many pitches on the park allow for subletting, although we also have areas where we don't permit it. So if this is something you'd be interested in, please just let us know and we can ensure you're in the correct area. We're also happy to help you through the process and can advise you on the requirements involved.
For all of our holiday home owners, we have a 9-month open holiday season from the 1st March to 30th November.
At The Richmond, we have something for everyone. With an abundance of onsite leisure facilities including restaurants, bars, mini-supermarket, gift shop, arcades, fully equipped gym, swimming pool, hair salon as well as alternative therapy centre, launderette and fish & chip shop.
